    absolutely love the protection plans from bestbuy, but y'all need to work on laptop repairs because waiting 2-3 weeks to get it back is too long and will having customers looking elsewhere for quicker repair even if they have a protection plan.

    It has this cool way of sealing itself all by itself! I was watching my husband put it on and it automatically sealed itself to the phone so smoothly!

    I guess for the one time I needed, it was worth it. Now that is no longer free for to have the company you buy a $1700 phone from to set it up for you. If you are a big tech or gadget person it is good but to use it once a year, the cost out weighs for service for me. Just like insurance though, you buy it just in case.

    My wife loves her phone and it is easy to use. Not to mention with the total tech she can add a screen protector and fix and cracks the screen gets from normal wear and tear for free! Outstanding service and made us feel special every time we come in the store

    I love my Samsung Galaxy S23 ultra. It has so many features i'm still learning. It takes great pictures and the battery charges fast but lasts more than a day. Totally awesome. i haven't had a phone charge last for 10 hours let alone more than 24 hours.
