I really love the membership overall—the perks, insurance, and repair coverage on purchased products are definitely worth it. My only issue is the appointment system. Even when I schedule an appointment, I end up waiting what feels like forever to be helped. If my appointment is at 2:30, I shouldn’t still be waiting 30 minutes later just to be seen. That part is frustrating and honestly needs improvement. When you go to a doctor’s office, they at least try to see you within 15 minutes of checking in. Best Buy can definitely do better with this. Also, just a reminder for anyone considering a phone purchase: the 60-day return period does not apply to phones. It's 14 days on activated phones I believe. That extended return window is for most other items in the store, but phones have a different policy—so definitely keep that in mind.

Ive been a total tech premium member since they started offering it. Have ever had to have anything delivered. The time around we had a 65" tv delivered. I jad surgery and they brought the tv upstairs. This was awesome and they were professional. This alone is worth the membership. In addition to this ive save over $700 since this last March. Its a great service and great value.

My protection for my items is great. Something are covered and about 10% wasn't. But it's okay because getting the plan protection was worth it. If Total Tech was cheap I would get it. Wish they offered monthly payments to have it and offered 5 years on some items like big appliances.

Best Buy protection program is a no-brainer I used it on my new phone it broke the first day it was covered and then I didn't like the phone I returned it and got a different phone and case and glass screen everything was covered I will pay for this every year
