Ive been a total tech premium member since they started offering it. Have ever had to have anything delivered. The time around we had a 65" tv delivered. I jad surgery and they brought the tv upstairs. This was awesome and they were professional. This alone is worth the membership. In addition to this ive save over $700 since this last March. Its a great service and great value.

I have not had any issues with any of all of our devices, but I had the peace of mind knowing the care is there if needed. When I have had questions, they were quick to respond. It’s also good that we have every thing under this one plan and I don’t have to remember what device is under what plan. It’s easy to keep adding.

When used, Best Buy reserves the right to ship it in to be evaluated. If fixed, then you're only out some time. If it cannot be fixed, then you return to get the replacement or gift card if the product is no longer available.

I haven't had the need to use the protection plsn lately. In the past whenever i had to use the plan, it was easy and worked out well for me.

Best Buy protection program is a no-brainer I used it on my new phone it broke the first day it was covered and then I didn't like the phone I returned it and got a different phone and case and glass screen everything was covered I will pay for this every year

I'm Routine the Best Buy Protection plan.In my experience I've never dealt with a protection service from any product that was anywhere near as efficient and streamlined as Best Buy protection plan.

I bought this warranty product because it was more cost-effective than purchasing the individual insurance plans. Before BB had the all-inclusive plan, I used to buy a plan for each product, and it was costing me an arm and a leg. Now, though, one plan covers it all. The best part is that the plan will also cover anything purchased after the plan is purchased.

For some things and some benefits I had to upgrade so I would say when the time comes you should upgrade cause it would help in the long run.
