hello one time i broke my phone but i had the geek squad on my side. my phone fell on the ground and i had the protaction plan for my phone they fixed it right away simple and easy

I left my protection anytime I need help or my electronics I turn to my total check projection and they do all the work and fix it for me. I've never had a bad experience with them at this store.

I had to get a new phone due to my ZFold goimg out. this phone is amazing and the gentleman that helped me at store is so knowledgeable, he was able to answer all my questions. The phone itself has a great camera, the screen is a good size and it is easy to work.

Total tech warranty is the way to go with Bestbuy if you buy alot of electronics..nice to know you get the price match extended period and hardware warranty on hard drives,monitors and routers along with security cams and so much more..

Coverage or insurance through carriers is a joke. After 2 bad experiences elsewhere, I will always come back to Best Buy because of their amazing customer service and hassle free coverage

2 year protection included with Total Care membership. Worth the few bucks. I've had a couple issues with electronics and phones and there is never any hassle getting repairs/replacements.

Bought the wife a new phone that wasnt as big as the ultra, to fit her hands and still has the same storage space of 512. Got the new color which was nice.

Phone has worked good, sadly it wasn’t a 24 month lease
