Haven't had to use my protection plan (thank goodness) but from the info collected from the rep at BB, looks like it will be a good plan to own. Hopefully, I won't have to use it soon due to my clumsiness.

I left my protection anytime I need help or my electronics I turn to my total check projection and they do all the work and fix it for me. I've never had a bad experience with them at this store.

Total tech warranty is the way to go with Bestbuy if you buy alot of electronics..nice to know you get the price match extended period and hardware warranty on hard drives,monitors and routers along with security cams and so much more..

Honestly…a little frustrated with the sales rep during this purchase considering I went in to use my insurance for the phone yesterday and was informed that it was in fact NOT $50 to get the phone fixed but that the cost was based on the taxes. Thinking my total membership and the insurance would all make it super easy to replace and finding out differently really sucked.

hello one time i broke my phone but i had the geek squad on my side. my phone fell on the ground and i had the protaction plan for my phone they fixed it right away simple and easy

This protection is a great yearly deal & especially when I'm a fairly clutzey guy. I have needed this for all my devices.

Its okay. Bad thing is they dont cover acts of god, house being burnt down. Laptop wasn't covered.

Coverage or insurance through carriers is a joke. After 2 bad experiences elsewhere, I will always come back to Best Buy because of their amazing customer service and hassle free coverage

2 year protection included with Total Care membership. Worth the few bucks. I've had a couple issues with electronics and phones and there is never any hassle getting repairs/replacements.

Love the protection, my husband is horrible with phones and the plan has helped and the geek squad makes it hassle free.
