Absolute scam! Paid the 299... never got my replacement phone even after paying the deductible. Waited 3 months! Never got refunded. They make it IMPOSSIBLE. Do not purchase! Their employees have even told me so many ppl complain and im not the only person they've done this too

I pay yearly for the geek squad support however they’ve yet to help me with the problem. I’ve spent hours and hours at the geek squad counter, trying to get them to help me with several problems. However, ultimately, I end up doing the research, asking ChatGPT and figuring it out on my own. I don’t believe that their so-called geek squad has much training. A lot of them were . I don’t believe that they’re so-called geek squad has much training. A lot of them are young and don’t have the know of how to fix computers, or cell phones, and basically just try to research it while you’re there and I could’ve done that at home instead of wasting my time driving down to the store. The only thing that I found that is helpful is when something is actually broken and they can give you a new product or a refund, but the service support is lacking. Much technical knowledge.

I am hoping I never have to use it but I’m covered in case I do.
