whats the point having this if they just tell me i have to go to the manufacturer to get it repaired when it stop workling after 11 months whats th epoint of paying for this scam

Nice phone. Problemthough is when it doesn't make a year before the screen de-laminates and lifts at the fold.

I guess this came with the total tech membership but I wish it were better explained as to what was covered.

You can use this plan just when you buy a new item, doesn't cover other if you get it before either if you get it from the store.

Try to pull details on phone wont do it. Also the fact it supposed to be 2 year contract seevice but they charge you yearly

The absolutely worst service at Best Buy San Rafael CA. 6 different agents and supervisors spent 2 days and 14,5 hours trying to transfer the data from my old OnePlus Nord 200 to Samsung S24 Ultra with NO SUCCESS!!! ALL THE TIME I HAD TO WAIT AT THE COUNTER. THEY JUST LEFT ME THERE FOR 14,5 HOURS DURING 2 DAYS. NO APOLOGIES WERE GIVEN TO ME. THEY LEFT MY OLD SIM CARD IN THE NON-WORKING NEW PHONE. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. NOTHING TO SAY ABOUT THE NEW PHONE BECAUSE IT IS NOT WORKING AT ALL.

I believe that this protects is needed too keep items running

I bought my wife a Samsung Galaxy Ultra 22, and we noticed the audio is terrible when recording. Brought the phone to BestBuy so they can hear the issue, and they say diagnostics shows there is no issue. Now I am concerned what BestBuy will do if I have issues with any of the items I've purchased on this plan. I think the idea of this is good, but idk.

Have not had a chance to use best buy protection yet

I can't stand this Galaxy S22! The cameras make it unbalanced in your hand, you cannot lay it down and use it because it rocks back and forth, it gets very hot, and the battery dies much faster than the previous version. The cameras add too much weight to the phone. I hope the later designs will keep the camera lens inside the phone!

The trade-in and enhanced upgrade value that Best Buy and Samsung offered was the best hands down. Got the Sasmung S22 Ultra for $100 after Best Buy trade-in and Samsung's enhanced upgrade deal.

I haven't had to use it yet for the Airpods yet but, this product used to be better than it is today. My most recent experience was with a laptop I bought from Best Buy that needed repair. The manufacturer warranty had expired, and the cost to fix it with Best Buy was so high that it made more sense to buy a new laptop instead. I found myself at a disadvantage and disappointed with this plan.

I just love it, just wish I was told more about the phone. My data could not be up-loaded from old phone because there was there was no extra slot. Some what ignorant to phones.

Did not purchase because I already have Total Tech protection on my phones, computer and TV.

I've lived Samsung phones for decades it seems. But the last few I've owned has started to sour me to the brand. I don't want to become an iPhone sheep, so I am now trying the Google Pixel which is even worse...

Your drops suck, your total tec program sucks, your employees suck, your app sucks. Charging 200 a year and a 80$ service fee when i could just send it to the company myself is ridiculous. Yall are a scam and a rip off

If you buy this you had better mark your calendar. Because for sure, you will have a problem the day after this protection protection plan ends and you will be out of luck.
