I pay yearly for the geek squad support however they’ve yet to help me with the problem. I’ve spent hours and hours at the geek squad counter, trying to get them to help me with several problems. However, ultimately, I end up doing the research, asking ChatGPT and figuring it out on my own. I don’t believe that their so-called geek squad has much training. A lot of them were . I don’t believe that they’re so-called geek squad has much training. A lot of them are young and don’t have the know of how to fix computers, or cell phones, and basically just try to research it while you’re there and I could’ve done that at home instead of wasting my time driving down to the store. The only thing that I found that is helpful is when something is actually broken and they can give you a new product or a refund, but the service support is lacking. Much technical knowledge.

I have this protection for my note 20 ultra 5g. It covers crack screen, i believe water damage and malfunction.

Good product would feel extremely comfortable sharing with friends.

I only purchase it on major purchases. It has saved me twice now which is why I keep purchasing it.

The store is not honoring their protection plan anymore. They send broken items "to be repaired" then they say it is not broken, and they leave you with no options. I'm very very disappointed. They say they are doing this because too many customers were using the protection. That's insane. Don't punish good paying customers because a few bad ones are "using it too much".
