I haven't had to use it yet for the Airpods yet but, this product used to be better than it is today. My most recent experience was with a laptop I bought from Best Buy that needed repair. The manufacturer warranty had expired, and the cost to fix it with Best Buy was so high that it made more sense to buy a new laptop instead. I found myself at a disadvantage and disappointed with this plan.

I've lived Samsung phones for decades it seems. But the last few I've owned has started to sour me to the brand. I don't want to become an iPhone sheep, so I am now trying the Google Pixel which is even worse...

If you buy this you had better mark your calendar. Because for sure, you will have a problem the day after this protection protection plan ends and you will be out of luck.

Your Company is all really good especially the totel teck BUT YOUR REWARDS PROGRAM GIVES YA A BAD EXPERIENCE

don't leave the store with out protection - being exposed to problems later will cost more than the plan

What the cashier don't tell you after they take your $200 is that the warranty is only applicable if you purchsse an iPhone. I feel as though i wss scammed by bestbuy. They will literally not touch the $1.ĵ200.00 android phone that I purchased.
