Total Tech membership is an excellent way of getting warranty for all your electronics. I buy most, if not all my electronic devices through Best Buy, and knowing that paying a one time fee per year to cover all my electronics puts my mind at ease. Also, having an extended return period of 45 days allows me get a price match if the item goes on sale or return it if there is a better item I want down the line. I can give you an example, I bought a cheap projector to get familiar with projectors. I played around with it for a few days and then I decided that I wanted a bigger and better projector. Best Buy took my cheap projector back and I ended up buying a higher end projector. I made the exchange at the store and picked up my brand new projector without a problem. Almost forgot, TT has exclusive events for people with a membership. If you are looking to get hard to get items like PS5, Best Buy TT has you covered. I've seen many events that are exclusive to TT members only. It's a great way for Best Buy to show support to people that have the membership.

-The transition from old phone to new phone was seamless. Easies process ever! -Impress with the AI on this phone. Still learning, how to interact and take most benefits of it. -Beautiful aesthetics of Pixel, love the Hazel color. -The camera's improvement are most noticeable. -Display resolution and speaker sound, I do not notice improvement from Pixel 7 Pro. -I had stupid issues with some of the personal choices on Display, security, battery saver, and the google photo application. Those settings didn't transfer. -The phone software did a lot of out dates and not all at once, very annoying (but this is an ongoing complain on how disorganized Google is).

As usual, Samsung hit it out the park. My best experience with Samsung to date. Right out of the box, I powered it up and bam, works! The features are awesome. The camera makes pics and videos pop off the screen. I look forward to discovering all that I can do with this magnificent phone and its AI features, the power of a computer in the palm of your hand. I highly recommend this phone.
