Best buys protection plan is easily the best ive heard of, especially for phones and mobile devices. If youre going to be incredibly careful with your electronics, maybe you dont need it, but im someone whos professions consist of plant/factory maintenence and welding, so even keeping my phone in my pocket sometiems puts it through much worse abuse than most people's. Its nice to know if a hot piece of splatter or slag melts through my pocket and ruins my phone, i can just go in and get a replacement. Thats more than worth the cost of the plan to me. And whats even better, they only use the plan if they have to. I had a pair of galaxy buds stop working out of nowhere, and they managed to get them replaced under the warranty instead of having to use any of my alloted replacements from the plan.

Best money i ever spent. Dropped my phone 1 week after purchase and broke it. So happy i bought the protection plan. Best Buy was great and replaced my phone no questions asked!

The s25 ultra is by far the best phone out. I'm leaving the Google family of phones because of the constant freezing and Google assistant is not nearly as good as bixby. I have bought all my upgrade through best buy to take advantage of total tech protection as well as the special offers they have

I had multiple issues dealing phone carriers when it comes to repairr to my phone. Even when i have a full protection plan on the phone then get shafted out of my money. Best Buy cut straight to the point and see either they can fix it or refund. I had nothing but positive reactions dealing Best Buy for XBox & PS5 controllers, grooming products, etc. Thank You Bestbuy for this deal.

The Best buy protection is the best so far that I know of. Whatever is irreparable, they make is easy for a total refund. I'm loving it.

I’ve benefited from the BBY protection plan for years. I have young children and take my tech with me to various events all over the country. As a result, I’ve been protected ftom the inevitable accidents that have come to pass.

Beautiful phone, but one BIG problem that no one in the phone department or in the Geek Squad was able to figure out. When receiving photos from anyone with an Apple iPhone, the photos are received on my Samsung as blurry. Infuriating! Their formats are different and should be compatible, but they are not. This has cost me big time as I did a gig for a business and the photos were blurry.

The Best Buy protection is a great option to ease your mind on your items purchased. I highly suggest getting the extra coverage. It may seem pricey, but the deductible to fix most issues is minimal.
