what they dont tell you is that if you take this back to bestbuy to get the warranty they will ship your computer off for 2-3 months to get it fixed at a facility and then may or may not charge you extra ontop of not having the comptuer for a long period of time. i would say this is not worth it for minor issues or failures only for major failures like a GPU/CPU issue or a power supply problem when my SSD failed they said it would be 3 weeks minimum before i got it back so i just paid the 200$ and had it done in house the next day...

This has to be the best deal. The geek sqaud shows and get the job done. Total tech is highly recommended. Especially with the coverage of your purchases.

Oven didnt work. Took it back with the protection plan and they didnt have snother one, couldnt order oke and only store credit which i didnr want. Nice people. Awful product and service.

This product has lasted for 6 months and decided to kick the bucket.

A sales associate in the store spoke well of this product and assisted me to order it online on April 27 2024. Best buy cancelled it and has not refunded the money into the card I used to purchase it as at today, 7/18/2024. I have called customer service up to 6 times. It still has not been refunded. I bought a Ninja in the same store when Bella Pro got cancelled. I think Bella Pro Series would have satisfied me better, based on the review.

It gives me comfort to knkw that everything I buy at Bestbuy is automaticly covered!

Wouldn’t exchange for same model because this was an open box when originally purchased. Didn’t want money back just the controller swap since this as sold as excellent condition which it was not only option was to spend another 100.00 to replace bad controller wrongfully identified. Should not listed as excellent and since it was should replace with such.

Generally you wont need a protection plan but i like to buy them anyway. Occasionally they come in benifitialy but most of the time it does nothing.

False advertising, pictures show it comes with steelbook, but did not came with one.

This is just not good, if you are thinking about buying it for getting helpinstalling tv’s. They show Up without the morel I purchased and have only 1 other $300 more & upsell your curreny sonos bar to one that has never worked!!! I asked for no wires or boxes to show. And I have sonos wall mount but they didnt have time to put up.
