I always buy the protection. You never know. .....

I have purchased new items before that have not lived up, and have either malfunctioned or just need another quality check before going out to the customers, the Warranty always keeps your mind at peace.

I purchased a Frigidaire 30 inch Induction Range that is still covered by an active My Best Buy Protection Plan. The range has this teeny, tiny problem where if you touch it anywhere there is metal, you get zapped by electricity. Sarcasm aside, I have 3 small children, two big dogs, and a husband who likes to do things 3 or 4 times to see if it keeps happening. Even though this is literally a dangerous situation, Best Buy cannot have anyone to my house for 8 days to fix it. I would love to leave a review for the range, but even though I have the option to leave a review for every toner cartridge and subscription I have every purchased from Best Buy, I there is no option to review the range. If I did leave a review previously, I have no way to find it and edit it. I have used their service for other appliances, and I will say every contractor who has every come to my house has been knowledgable, helpful, prompt, basically everything I could home an appliance repair technician should be. The administrative side of the program, on the other hand, not so much. The call center people I spoke ton on this matter were difficult to understand and also had a poor connection which made it worse. You also have to pay for the service upfront or they will not even schedule you.

Best Buy has literally the best program. It is hard to sell something you can't physically touch. That doesn't apply to this product. The first time you make a mistake or break a product and have no hope, Best Buy is there.

The mic has a very easy setup. It is crystal clear for others and has an AUX plug-in so that you do not need to plug into your PC making most headphones long enough to not need any extra adapters. I love to game and stream and this works well for both!

not much to say, its a protection plan.. i always get them and havent had to use them yet.

Love having peace of mind built in for 2 years! 1 year just isn't enough.

It is always a good idea to have an EXTENDED WARRANTY for your Electronics.

Perfect for a situation i was in. My PS5 was scratching my disks. They gave me a brand new playstation and controller.

Worth it !!! For every product purchased within coverage years is fully covered even Apple products! You do t even have to purchase with bestbut credit card as long as you use email or phone info product is covered. It even covers purchases like tv mount install and take down.

Wonderful to have the protection plan to count on and being able to bring in when needed.

Just bought this and I already love it! I love Frappe’s but it’s not always feasible to get them, nor do I have the time to stop some days. This can blend while I’m getting ready to leave wherever and I can take my drink on the go! The only issue I have with it is the amount of ice it says to use isn’t enough for the consistency I like in a Frappe, and it’s not as cold. I added more the second time around and it definitely helped! It’s just gonna be a learning process to get it perfect :) I know this is also unrealistic but I also wish it was a LITTLE quieter when it blends - it startled the heck out of my cat when I first used it. Those are the only reasons I rated it 4 stars instead of 5

Pretty good service overall if you need something, the geek squads there or the new best Buy protection plan people. Yeah, they're good to work with. Easy going, but they're all a bunch of kids. So you got to deal with that. But other than that, they're great. They know their stuff.

This heater is pretty good for its size. Texas winters are pretty cold and this unit kept our living room warm enough to feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend.

Having the protection plan is excellent because they replace the product even if accidental damage. No hesitation trying to get it replaced like other places. I love buying my products at BestBuy because they make it easy when you have to replace your product and even if you change your mind and want a full refund within the time allowed.

Can’t get enough of Best Buy protection policy. It’s super easy to use when you need it.
