Our service person was Angelo. He did a wonderful job. I had 2 rooms done with tv mounts and cable securing. The job was done professionally and in a timely manner. I will definatly use these services again

I love having the peace of mind with total protection. I haven’t had to use it yet, which speaks to the quality of the products Best Buy sells. I like how it gives me free installation on many things and the extra warranty. I also get access to total tech member only sales which I have taken advantage of.

Having the protection plan is excellent because they replace the product even if accidental damage. No hesitation trying to get it replaced like other places. I love buying my products at BestBuy because they make it easy when you have to replace your product and even if you change your mind and want a full refund within the time allowed.

So far i have had no problems with tech support, and or fixing or replacing something. First chromebook we bought went down during in house learning for my kiddo. They had no problems fixing it when it started acting up. Head phones i bought were replaced instantly when broken.

I like the security, having this plan allows me to bring things in for repair/replacement as needed.

Its worth it always get your electronics at best buy take advantage of the yearly warranty

Buying big appliances, new headphone and other items. Worth it to get the warranty with best buy for 2 years and have free delivery and installation on thing like washers and dryers. If your buying something big like those it pays for itself on purchase when you think about warranty cost delivery, installation, and hall away all added up.

You do not want to miss out on what a great value this is!

Hundred percent worth it if you have kids or you’re a little bit rougher on your stuff

Excellent controller for PVP games. Fast reaction times and the sticks have great tension. The only annoying this is it’s not wireless. For this price point it should be wireless. The elite 2 controller goes on sale for 130 new so… choose wisely. Ultimately I went with this for Apex ranked (Masters) and the elite for everything else.
