So far ive only had to use it once on laptop. Brought it in to Best Buy and they had it fixed in store by the next day. So dar so good.

Great battery life, Great Remote !! Doesnt come with the back paddles which would be cool. However I have two of these and Ive had them for over 10 years with no issues. Need something simple and durable for the kids to use, then this is it!

One of the better Warranty plans money can buy. I strongly recommend the annual Best Buy membership they offer. It includes so much for so little if you use/purchase tech often. With so many Best Buy locations it's hard to pass up.

This plan really is a life saver. Especially if ypu have a family that games. My husband goes through keyboard and mouse constantly. Its nice to just replace them instead of having to buy a whole new one.

Best Buy protection the best you can buy no worries no arguments something goes wrong. Return it to them no problem the geek squad they are great also.

Peopl people do not leave best buy without buying their protection plan, it might seem like spending extra but i promise you wont regret it.....

I got my CyberPowerPC home and setup was a breeze. Everything fired up and, as expected, it surpassed (almost) my every expectation. The one flaw was I couldn’t get the ethernet port to work. Wireless connected just fine, but the connection speed was horrible. I tried online remedies to fix it, but nothing. I contacted BestBuy online tech support (Five-Star service, to be sure), but they couldn’t solve it even with a remote logon. The tech said I had to bring it to the store. I purchased a USB Ethernet adapter which has been working fine, but have not brought it in yet for repair. Granted, this may be a one off, but if this review helps one person, happy day.

I have always been satusfied with the services of the GEEK SQUAD.

It beats the manufacturer warranty shame it was not in stock at store.

With the expense of appliances it's nice to have the coverage.
