My favorite case. I absolutely love it and how it responds to the iPad. No more going into the settings to pair it. The keyboard work with the magnetic strip above the numbers. Once it’s connected it automatically works. I can go 2-3 months with the charge and longer with light usage.

Didn’t last a year before motor burned out. Got a new one direct from Ninja with a black bottom section and it seems to be working better and is lasting longer. Great product overall, despite having to buy it twice.

I am the biggest dan of having this protection on the items I purchase from Best Buy, There has never been any hassle with service or product replacement. It is money well spent.

We have had positive and negative experiences. However, overall, I would recommend it. One time we had to go through a lot. The downside is they only have limited stores that can work on Samsung cell phones. Often, you have to travel a good bit and sometimes make more than one trip.

You cannot go wrong with Best Buy's total protection! We always purchase the protection for every item we get -from cell phones to refrigerators and vacuums! The peace of mind for years is great, especially for items that are used heavily!

Digital photos get lost in your phone. Physical memories can get lost too but its physical so it feels more valuable especially since it’s INSTANT.

Always has the best prices. They also match prices. If you have the protection plan and have a problem with your product bring it back and they will replace it if it can't get fixed

Best Buy's protection plans are an excellent value. Even better when its included for free with my total tech membership, although now that its my best buy total program, I believe some benefits have been removed or reduced. I cant recall the differences in the comparison but it is still a good value, regardless.
