Best Buy's protection plans are an excellent value. Even better when its included for free with my total tech membership, although now that its my best buy total program, I believe some benefits have been removed or reduced. I cant recall the differences in the comparison but it is still a good value, regardless.

Christian & Joe both explained to me about if I was a TotalTech Yearly member then I would receive a 2 year warranty on my new MacBook Air. The TotalTech Membership pays for itself. This program also gives you help with setting up your company and some training as well. Just book sone training appointments. The staff can explain all the details.

My favorite case. I absolutely love it and how it responds to the iPad. No more going into the settings to pair it. The keyboard work with the magnetic strip above the numbers. Once it’s connected it automatically works. I can go 2-3 months with the charge and longer with light usage.

This membership is worth it! I bought a laptop that was on sale for $400 off. That paid for itself & is covered under the protection. As you could imagine, the computer was bullying my 2 year old router. I got a new one & it’s covered under the plan. Outdoor camera & new tv are not only going to be covered but also will be installed for no charge. Protect your investments! It’s worth it!!

I feel so excited having this kind of protection when I utilize Best buy. I really just feel like taking care of and able to enjoy my items without worrying.

We have had positive and negative experiences. However, overall, I would recommend it. One time we had to go through a lot. The downside is they only have limited stores that can work on Samsung cell phones. Often, you have to travel a good bit and sometimes make more than one trip.

I bought it with my fridge and used it to have the icemaker repaired. when I bought it didn't not have a fee for the visit. I found out about the charge for the visit. 100 dollars, not bad but un expected

We bought a Geek Squad service contract when we bought our LG 77” OLEG TV. We needed to have our computer serviced and it has already paid for itself. We will use this plan to take advantage of instruction on using some of our programs.
