The best buy warranty program is one of the best. I can just take it back and get a new one. Only thing is if you get it for a lower price they really try to make you pay more when it's a straight trade in.

Total Tech is wonderful. My computer stopped connecting to internet; I took it in and Geek Squad couldn’t fix it , but suggested I purchase an external hard drive, which I did. They removed all my info to the new Hard drive. I only paid for the new external drive.

I need corporate to issue a phone number that someone can actually reach them for their complaint to figure out what’s going on when they in-store can’t figure out what’s going on like I said the first the last three trips to this store. I’m here for two hours, trying to figure out something that I’m getting almost every four months I buy and sets of 22 controllers or two headsets and for the last Almost year I’m told no I only purchased one only one under the purchase plan or that I canceled the total membership when I have had total membership nonstop for the past 10 years at least

The best buy protection plan is a very good service. I feel confident in utilization of this product sponsored by Best Buy. I do not have to worry about technical protection. Auto renewal is enhanced by best buy for this product. I do receive luminary alerts for auto renewal.

The Best Buy insurance is a great advantage. Take advantage of buying the yearly insurance. If you are tech savvy and are always purchasing electronics then the best buy insurance is totality worth it.
