    Worked absolutely wonderful for 7 months. Started making noise and smelled burnt. I am glad I have total tech.

    This controller definitely looks better in person than in pictures online . It’s built well the game itself is amazing I have no complaints !

    Wouldn’t exchange for same model because this was an open box when originally purchased. Didn’t want money back just the controller swap since this as sold as excellent condition which it was not only option was to spend another 100.00 to replace bad controller wrongfully identified. Should not listed as excellent and since it was should replace with such.

    Generally you wont need a protection plan but i like to buy them anyway. Occasionally they come in benifitialy but most of the time it does nothing.

    False advertising, pictures show it comes with steelbook, but did not came with one.

    This is just not good, if you are thinking about buying it for getting helpinstalling tv’s. They show Up without the morel I purchased and have only 1 other $300 more & upsell your curreny sonos bar to one that has never worked!!! I asked for no wires or boxes to show. And I have sonos wall mount but they didnt have time to put up.

    Best Buys protection plan is an easy "yes" when considering protection options for high-value items. It is almost virtually a "no questions asked" process where they will assess and replace / repair the product as needed. In my personal experience, this was a critical protection plan for my cellphone.
