Nice protection plan for what it provides on all my products

I've had occasions to use the extra protection provided a couple of times when a tablet failed after the warranty period ran out. Very useful!

Simple is as simple does. walk in or call... Had a controller break, they sent me a new one, and old broken one went into the box and sent off once i had a replacement. -hassle free -issue free

It’s like having your own tech department at your disposal. I’ve already used it. I dropped my computer off and expected them to have it for 2 days but they called me later the same day to say it was ready. Fantastic, quick service.

Good quality type cover. The last one stuck with us thru lots of har use for 5 years before giving up the ghost and protected the screens well. Looking for more of the same from this one.

Haven't had a need to utilize my Best Buy Protection so I cannot review something I haven't used. I did have them install the tv but it only required one man, and it took him 15 min. But I think installation should also be covered in this plan

As a person who tends to drop stuff I enjoy having the products I buy be insured for 2 years the only down side to it, is that I can’t go into a laptop or console without ripping the tags they put in the laptop or console.

Haven’t had to use this yet but I’m glad I’m paying for it as electronics are pricey nowadays.

I have been a Best Buy customer for many years and I am happy to say buying the Protection plan has helped me with all the products I have purchased. I have purchased 2 computers, TV's, ear phones, speakers and an MP3 player and this protection plan has not failed me. I renew every year.
