I have purchased PCs, Printers, TVs, and other office supplies. I have bought kitchen products that needed replacement, ie; Ice maker, refrigerator. I look at BB products first and then look at other businesses. BB win price, performance and other eneminities. Glad to be a customer of BB .

Love having the BestBuy protection on all my purchases with my Total membership. Never have to worry about dealing with the manufacturer’s ridiculous customer service half a world away, because BestBuy takes care of it for me.

Whenever I have any problems in my device, I just take it in and then replace it. Definitely would sign up again.

Always purchase the protection policy. Have never had an issue getting my products repaired or replaced.

This is worth every dime and pays for itself! If you buy two or more decently priced things the coverage without hassles of getting it back to the manufacturer is well worth it!

TotalTech is an incredible bargain, and lives up to its billing. Also, of course, it drives you to purchase ALL of your stuff from BestBuy, so it is a win-win. I have used it multiple times in the six months or so I have had it, for both installation and repairs. Service has been quick, professional, and courteous.

Don’t leave Best Buy without this warranty it will always pay for itself and you have peace of mind

You never know when you’re gonna need it but it sure is good to have it when those things come up. We had issues with our laptop just months after getting it. We had missed a system update. They had us diagnosed, fixed and updated and ready to go in no time!

It takes about 7 minutes & ice is ready & the next batch has started. I use the large size(nice size). You have quickly transfer to the freezer & use ice pick to separate. I would recommend / buy again.

Protection on your products is necessary and so worth it here.

Bought several items including a couple laptops and given it saved me over 50 on a couple of purchased up front plus the technical support available on all items even ones not purchased at Best Buy and the added replacement options if needed find this to be well worth the money
