The best buy protection plan is a very good service. I feel confident in utilization of this product sponsored by Best Buy. I do not have to worry about technical protection. Auto renewal is enhanced by best buy for this product. I do receive luminary alerts for auto renewal.

We were so pleased to hear about the Best Buy membership! It is so affordable. It is a much better deal than buying the individual plan for the units we bought. And the membership comes with so many other great perks!

My protection plan has already payed for itself. after having 4 tvs installed there was a few minor hiccups that had one of the "Geek Boys" coming back to fix the problem. while here he also took care of a few issues i was having with my desktop computer. That day paid for my entire year of Tech dues

Best Buy is a great location to make your electronic purchases. Great customer service and efficiency, would recommend it to all.

I like that you can exchange for another remote in store and don’t have to mail it anywhere. The 9.95 fee for exact exchange wasn’t clear, but no prob since I was getting another brand new remote. If it’s not in store can pick out something else for at least same price just pay the difference.

Total Tech is wonderful. My computer stopped connecting to internet; I took it in and Geek Squad couldn’t fix it , but suggested I purchase an external hard drive, which I did. They removed all my info to the new Hard drive. I only paid for the new external drive.

We have always had great protection services whether it’s with the tvs , computers or gaming systems. Best Buy is the best!

Best Buy has protection plans on their merchandise which is one reason that they are my number one place to purchase quality items for the home. You never know when you might drop something on accident and need a replacement.
