Love having access to this. I’m glad I don’t have to worry about tons of individual warranties on items I buy from Best Buy. I normally buy items specifically through BB so I know they will be protected.

Worth every penny. I don’t know how many items have failed on me over time but within the member period- return and get a new one. Very simple and no headache.

Best buy and their protection has always come through with any questions or concerns I have. Any issues with my hardware when bought with the coverage under this protection has been amazing. Either replaced or credited hassle free the way it needs to be.

I'm not a big fan of hassle. Who is? Having a protection plan for my electronics makes my life easier. I've had to use it a few times on some of my electronics, and Best Buy just replaces my broken item without question. Good stuff.

My protection plan has already payed for itself. after having 4 tvs installed there was a few minor hiccups that had one of the "Geek Boys" coming back to fix the problem. while here he also took care of a few issues i was having with my desktop computer. That day paid for my entire year of Tech dues

Geek squad protection is worth every penny. Have had to use the protection plan several times over the years and it never fails we get a gift card right away no questions asked. for a large gaming family who uses tech like crazy protection of our products is number 1 and best buy has the best!

I recommend that everyone join the Geek Squad yearly protection program to have all of your items protected. It’s better to have it and never need it than need it and not have it. Covers all your products for a small yearly fee Wouldn’t go without it

I like that you can exchange for another remote in store and don’t have to mail it anywhere. The 9.95 fee for exact exchange wasn’t clear, but no prob since I was getting another brand new remote. If it’s not in store can pick out something else for at least same price just pay the difference.
