If you buy products at BestBuy, it only makes sense and pays for it self to get the totalTech membership. you have 2 months for "returns" and during that period if a price has dropped all you have to do is go online with the sku# and your order # and they pay you back the diffrence. I have had my membership for less then 4 months and it has already paid itself off.

Excellent product! I was surprised when I first started using it. It's very lightweight, responsive, and the charge lasts for days and days! I only really charge it when I remember and doesn't take long to fully recharge its battery.

Have been a member of Best Buy Total since 2021 and been very happy with it. We buy all our tech from Best Buy now instead of Amazon, etc... This protection plan is a big reason why as well as the extended return times and Apple Care on Apple products.

With my TotalTech Annual Membership I not only received the 24-month Protection Plan for fee but also get the installation and haul-away fees covered -- a cost that was greater than the annual membership fee. If you're getting new appliances, I recommend you start your annual TTM and save some money.

I would get the protection for everything. I had my dishwasher a little less than a year and it started rusting in the door. I called Best Buy and they replaced the whole thing. I also had the panel crack and they came out and fixed it.

I love being a total tech member. It allows for peace of mind on all of my purchases
