The Best Buy 24-Month Protection Plan is excellent. It provides comprehensive coverage for accidental damage and extends beyond the manufacturer's warranty. Filing claims is easy, and the customer service is helpful. It gives me peace of mind knowing my purchase is protected.

Best Buy total tech has saved me a small fortune. The past year I have purchased everything from a 70" tv w/mount to surveillance cameras, vacuum, wifi extenders...Total Tech is worth every penny as everything was installed at no charge to me.

I am using plan for last 3 years . If you are tech enthusiast and buy stuff from best buy . This protection plan is a great deal as it provides members discount and 2 years warranty on the product even on the Apple devices also

I like having the Tech protection. It allowed me to have geek squad transfer all of my data from my old computer to my new one and geek squad also cleaned off my old computer and was able to make it run more efficiently and give me recommendations on how to make my old computer run better. And my device and keyboard are protected for 2 years!

Although i haven't had to use the service to resolve issues, the benefits are worth the price. Any product purchased is automatically enrolled with 2 year protection. Any large item is delivered and installed at no additional charge, however there could be charges for any items needed to complete the install.

The best protection money can buy. I love to shop on best buy website. Its convenient to not have to worried about having to active a warranty everytime I make a purchase. This plan protects all my devices, I can receive geek squad assistance with all devices I own even if they are not from Best buy. Overall excellent value.

This plan is great for maintenance of purchased equipment and appliances. Service are easily schedule and the 90 days follow period for continue assessment and repair (if needed) is a great source of comfort.

It is worth it. I am comfortable knowing that my device is under a good protection.

I recommend everyone to get the total tech protection. I know it may seem like a lot, but it is definitely worth it and it ends up working out for the customer. Just think about all the devices you have and if you was to have the protection on any item that was purchased from best buy and something goes wrong just bring it into the store and they will replace the item.

Great to have the membership to back up every single purchase you make through the year since buying insurance for each individual purchase would be way more expensive, I’ve taken in a few products to geek squad completely for free.

SInce I bought a laptop then A BIG Samsung TV then a Big Samsung Refrigerator and then a new Keyboard/mouse and a bed heating pad !! so Many things and they're ALL COVERED...no worries!

This blower is so powerful dryer faster than anyone’s blower and the way is made it doesn’t damage hair or burn it because the air comes out different protecting hair I hope it last me many years
