Great protection on all devices. My refrigerator need a part and after a week customer service callled saying they would have to replace the refrigerator because they were unable to find the part. They were quick and efficient.

This gives me a sense of security for all electronics and appliances in my home.

Seem to honor but getting thru phone system and to a resolution is time-consuming/frustrating. Most of the agents are helpful/courteous but Best Buy/Pacific Sales practices phone system sucks and severely limit their ability to resolve issues. To be fair, faulty items are replaced no questions asked and Geek Squad repairs have been decent, once you get to them. Overpriced though.

I would recommend investing in this membership as it has very great benefits. I have purchased more than 10 items while a member and have had free delivery install, returns after 30 days, no hassles and geek squad help

I recommend everyone to get the total tech protection. I know it may seem like a lot, but it is definitely worth it and it ends up working out for the customer. Just think about all the devices you have and if you was to have the protection on any item that was purchased from best buy and something goes wrong just bring it into the store and they will replace the item.

I haven't had to use it yet, but I have friends who have used it and told me I won't have any problems.

I like having the Tech protection. It allowed me to have geek squad transfer all of my data from my old computer to my new one and geek squad also cleaned off my old computer and was able to make it run more efficiently and give me recommendations on how to make my old computer run better. And my device and keyboard are protected for 2 years!

The Best Buy protection plans are very reasonably priced and comes in handy because you just never know what could happen with your purchase. A little extra coverage can go a long way and not having to come out of your pocket is even better!

It's worth the price. I purchased several cell phones for my family, which gave me two years of Apple Care coverage.

If you value peace of mind and want the ability to quickly get your equipment repaired/replaced without having to deal with lengthy RMA processes then this subscription is a no brainer.

I have many equipment under the protection plan and it is really convenient to have the piece of mind if something happens to any equipment, I just go to Best Buy and they fix or replace it. Highly recomend.

What A Perk!! To get extra protection beyond the manufacture's is awesome and reassuring.
