This service is very good at the Portage, Michigan store. I have had the service for quite a few years and the only disappointment is when I have called. Over the phone service is horrible!!! The bottom line is just go into the store and, if you are like me here in Portage, Michigan, you will get GREAT service!!! (:

I find that the protection plan gives me peace of mind. I hope that I will not need it but am glad to have it if I need it.

Love Total Tech, any issues with computer, I have option to have remote access with Geek squad to remotely repair any mics pc issues or basic tune-ups. Any serious issues to bring into geek squad they always know how to fix. Thank you

I am so glad I bought this. I also bought one for my mom. So simple, so easy to use. Nice manual, nice menus. Cooks evenly and in a timely manner. Easy Cleanup. Easy cleanup. Highly recommend. Cooks chicken, fries quick and delicious.

Monthly best buy protection is a very valuable resource to have if you do any witting, editing, or other projects other than reading reading emails and playing games. It opens many other doors for the individual with helping tools to be a better writer, i.e. Gramerley as well as an editor. With all the features offered to me I hope my books are worthy of the advantages.

I like having the Tech protection. It allowed me to have geek squad transfer all of my data from my old computer to my new one and geek squad also cleaned off my old computer and was able to make it run more efficiently and give me recommendations on how to make my old computer run better. And my device and keyboard are protected for 2 years!

I've had to use my BBP a couple of times in the past. Staff has always been excellent. There is never an issue in receiving an exchange immediately if item is in stock. They've ordered & shipped within a couple days during a rush season.

As a person who tends to drop stuff I enjoy having the products I buy be insured for 2 years the only down side to it, is that I can’t go into a laptop or console without ripping the tags they put in the laptop or console.

Who doesn't need a protection plan for something they might break or even run over with their car or something? These protection plans are perfect and I forget I have them until I break something.
