Perfect for smaller items. Not so great for in home services anymore. Tried to use for my LG dishwasher, Geeks told me to contact LG, LG told me to contact Geeks, turned out the installers used wrong part. Had to go to Home Depot for 10ft water line and install myself. Wasn’t happy. For small appliances, speakers, headphones, computers, service is second to none. In store precinct is the bomb. Giving 5 stars for them alone.

all in all the extended return period is almost worth it alone. buying tvs or computers it gives you a good amount of time to enjoy the product and see if any defects occur. also the tech support and in app deals are pretty nice as well. and even more perks im forgetting at the momrnt all in all if you plan on or already do your tech shopping through best buy the membership is almost a must have recommendation. but it will very based on use case

Just get it. Hands down the best customer support at my local Best Buy in Bakersfield . They genuinely care about you as a customer , I’m frequently there and they assist me with any questions , it helps when the staff converse and know the knowledge on products you’re looking into getting . This plan is awesome with protection for your purchases . Next is the credit card !
