Excellent product! I was surprised when I first started using it. It's very lightweight, responsive, and the charge lasts for days and days! I only really charge it when I remember and doesn't take long to fully recharge its battery.

The monthly best buy protection is an insurance policy should your purchases break.

Best Buy total tech has saved me a small fortune. The past year I have purchased everything from a 70" tv w/mount to surveillance cameras, vacuum, wifi extenders...Total Tech is worth every penny as everything was installed at no charge to me.

I would get the protection for everything. I had my dishwasher a little less than a year and it started rusting in the door. I called Best Buy and they replaced the whole thing. I also had the panel crack and they came out and fixed it.

It relieving to have a warranty that I know Best Buy will have my back. I love being a Total Tech Member and I was sad to hear that is no longer. I love Best Buy's warranties.
