Easy to exchange broken product. Associate grabbed my replacement product quick and easy and exchanged it for me. I used it on a dualsense edge. You have to rebuy the insurnace once you make a claim.

The best buy warranty program is one of the best. I can just take it back and get a new one. Only thing is if you get it for a lower price they really try to make you pay more when it's a straight trade in.
