Had a scam pop up from Microsoft my brand new Lenovo laptop was compromised! Contacted Geek squad phone support and they were awesome in assisting me told me I did right thing calling them instead of scam microsoft number!

I enjoy having this so I know my stuff is protected! I first purchased a year ago with my washer and dryer, I need them to come check out my washer that wasn’t working probably and they schedule a time to come check it out. Definitely worth buying the protection!

Having protection plan for each and every one if my purchases is a huge help since im a single mom of 4 and in case of any replacement this comes in handy especially since im struggling financially since i lost my job

I Can NOT tell you how great this plan is. Has the Best coverage .I have lots of devices from games, electronics, computers, and TV etc.... . So easy to exchange and get fixed. And the customer service you get online to have a TECH come to your job or home.

There protection plan is great. I got it because I was getting the run around with Dell while I was still under warranty. So I called Best Buy to get my computer fixed and the did a fantastic job. And now my switch is also covered.

So far so good. Haven't had to use it, but I feel safer knowing it's there if I do, plus I have saved almost as much as it cost me the first year on special deals and buys.
