    The best decision you can make is buying the 24 month protection having the yearly membership is so rewarding I get my points back and of course anytime we go through stuff we can always return thanks to the plan!

    Love the warranties and protection that Best Buy offers their Total Tech members! They are generous about returns and standby all the products they sell. They are also easily accessible via chat or in-person to help solve any technology issues.

    It did a fantastic job protecting my software. very easy to set up just got to download it then it starts to scan for viruses I definitely recommend to anyone that dont have a protection software.

    This service has saved me more then once! Had a virus on my computer and they cleaned it off, the additional s savings makes it enticing to prefer BB over the "other"

    Protection plans and extended warranties are basically like insurance and insurance is worthless until you need it and then it’s worth everything! Best Buy protection plan is a good one to have!
