    No brainer getting this coverage. I get all my perphrials from best buy and use them often so i wear down things quick. They always replace my stuff no questions asked.

    One of my washers had a problem, I had the warranty and Best Buy came and fixed the washer, replaced the part and now is working perfectly. Service was amazing

    I was not thinking about getting a protection plan, or continuing my totaltech membership. But, when you have a kid, you know what happens. I am just glad we had totaltech to cover an otherwise expensive phone repair. TotalTech got us covered!

    I am normally not the guy who buys extended warranties. But after becoming a Total Tech member and getting the Best Buy extended warranty and coverage, I couldn’t be happier. Piece of mind, value and a great deal, all included for one low price.

    I buy alot of electronics. This comes with my total tech package and I believe its worth every penny. For the past 3 years, every electronic item I have bought, have come from bestbuy just because I have total tech and know the warranty is great

    So far, I have not had to use it, but I am confident that if the need arises, best Buy will take care of the issue. The customer service at Best Buy is amazing.

    These monthly protection plans are great! If you have an issue with a product, they’ll either fix it or replace it. I always buy the protection.
