With all the scamming going on today with people taken stuff off of people's porch. Parents things like that. I think and highly recommend the protection for best buy In a long run, it keeps you safe and it saves you money.

Love the extra protection! Employees should be more informed and knowledgeable about the coverage. Had to return a headset that was only a couple months old and was trying to get an even exchange for a new product. The employee said it " wasn't their problem and had to take it up with the manufacturer". Thankfully after speaking with the manager she was apologetic for the miscommunication and was happy to exchange the product.

I have purchased 6 or seven expensive products and the individual insurance for each would have been 5 times what I pay for the total coverage service. It has been well worth the price and a great product to have available to the frequent shopper.

Having kids makes it easier to appreciate anything that helps protect from most problems.

I enjoy having this so I know my stuff is protected! I first purchased a year ago with my washer and dryer, I need them to come check out my washer that wasn’t working probably and they schedule a time to come check it out. Definitely worth buying the protection!

I Can NOT tell you how great this plan is. Has the Best coverage .I have lots of devices from games, electronics, computers, and TV etc.... . So easy to exchange and get fixed. And the customer service you get online to have a TECH come to your job or home.

Whenever I've needed to use the Best Buy Protection, the process was swift and seamless. The support staff is knowledgeable and eager to help, which makes all the difference.

I bought 4 items from Best Buy in different dates still Best Buy offered protection plan for all items

I always get the protection plan bc I’m a plus member. Worth it to me bc I get so much tech. The two years is nice to have bc I have a small child who loves to throw things.

This is my second year for having total tech and it pays for itself especially if you make multiple purchases at Best Buy regularly. For someone like me, I would always buy a warranty regardless in this makes it so much easier.

Great insurance takes the worry out of all my purchases knowing that I am covered.
