Yet we weren't offered this at time of purchase. Matt Miguel of the East Brunswick NJ store. Made sure we got it. And he wasn't even responsible for maky our purchases.

You never know when a piece.ofelctronics is going to fail and this coverage provides a way to get it fixed or replaced during the coverage period.

My surface pro has a warrenty but this takes care of things like malfunctioning apps or downloads. I bring computer to best buy they fix it.

Contacted Geek squad phone support and they were awesome in assisting me told me I did right thing calling them instead of scam microsoft number!

You get 2 years of warranty on almost any product you get from best buy. It comes with standard delivery and hookup of items. All sorts of perks. I love it, will maintain until death do us part...LOL
