I Can NOT tell you how great this plan is. Has the Best coverage .I have lots of devices from games, electronics, computers, and TV etc.... . So easy to exchange and get fixed. And the customer service you get online to have a TECH come to your job or home.

What I like about Best Buy is they’re buying option. Interest free payments. and good quality products easy returns.

Haven’t had to use this yet but I’m glad I’m paying for it as electronics are pricey nowadays.

This blower is so powerful dryer faster than anyone’s blower and the way is made it doesn’t damage hair or burn it because the air comes out different protecting hair I hope it last me many years

SInce I bought a laptop then A BIG Samsung TV then a Big Samsung Refrigerator and then a new Keyboard/mouse and a bed heating pad !! so Many things and they're ALL COVERED...no worries!

Love the extra protection! Employees should be more informed and knowledgeable about the coverage. Had to return a headset that was only a couple months old and was trying to get an even exchange for a new product. The employee said it " wasn't their problem and had to take it up with the manufacturer". Thankfully after speaking with the manager she was apologetic for the miscommunication and was happy to exchange the product.

Great sound long battery life, being able to use the app to creat different sound quality and being able to connect to other speakers makes it even more enjoyable.

Yo, this total tech membership is by far the best thing ever. You get 2 years of warranty on almost any product you get from best buy. It comes with standard delivery and hookup of items. All sorts of perks. I love it, will maintain until death do us part...LOL
