    Do not buy a TV without it. It is cheaper to buy the 5-year extended warranty. At -least if it goes out, and if it cannot repair, they will replace it with a new one The agents were very professional, clean, quick, and courteous

    I love this service because anytime one of my devices has a problem I can always contact Best Buy through the protection plan with no out of pocket expense unless it is necessary.

    This is well worth the cost. I only buy from Best Buy and it is nice to have help if something goes wrong. I have used the service for phones, computers, monitors, printers and more. Good value with the extra benefits added also.

    I always try to protect my investments. Most of the times my electronics work. But the few times they did fail and well after the manufacturer's warranty has expired, Best Buy would offer to fix or replace what is covered.
