Best Buy is the greatest company to work with. They delivery on time and keep you posted of all the event happening with the products. The protection plan was well worth the money since these are high end appliances and require professional installation and repair. Have not needed it yet but it is comforting to know it is there,.

This is my second year for having total tech and it pays for itself especially if you make multiple purchases at Best Buy regularly. For someone like me, I would always buy a warranty regardless in this makes it so much easier.

It’s ok. We have used it once. They did replace a tv, when it had stopped working in the magic window. But it must be in between when the 12 month warranty stops and their 24 month coverage extends. So basically, month 13-24 is when they kick in.

I am secure in knowing that if any of.my purchases have issues i can bring it in to get it fixed

There protection plan is great. I got it because I was getting the run around with Dell while I was still under warranty. So I called Best Buy to get my computer fixed and the did a fantastic job. And now my switch is also covered.

JBL is connected to every sound . My buddy showed me this , I ordered it immediately needing a loud functional speaker instead of bringing my roll out one

The Nintendo Switch 2 is a max upgrade from the original Switch. The graphics on this is way better and the flow is amazing. Overall indeed a great purchase.
