This is the best investment I’ve made in a long time. Definitely worth the money have use it for all my electronics and have never had a problem. I definitely recommend this protection.

I do recommend getting the total care Best Buy protection it's made it easy to return or exchange products if you're past the 14 days and the product isn't meeting your expectation or breaks. The customer service team at the return exchange counter have always been very helpful and having that total tech protection program makes things easier for them and for me.!

We love the protection plan, it gives you peace of mind when you're buying these serious purchases that within reason bestbuy will back you up if something goes wrong. I'm more likely to spend more at Bestbuy than getting the same item cheaper somewhere else because my Bestbuy purchase comes with this protection plan.

This protection plan fits perfectly with devices that get regular use. I like knowing there’s coverage if something unexpected happens. It’s easy to manage and doesn’t feel overpriced. Overall, it’s a solid option.

My first experience with the Geek Squad was fantastic. I accidentally spilled iced tea on my laptop and needed to have it checked. When I unplugged it, I noticed that the back of the computer was hot and had a bulge in the case. Fortunately, there was no damage from the spill, but the battery was in danger of exploding! The Geek Squad successfully removed the battery and confirmed that there was no water damage. They also serviced the machine, and it now runs almost like new when plugged in. Additionally, they can install a new battery when I bring one to them. I'm so glad they saved my computer.

My family buys all electronics from Best Buy due to their fair return policy & the Best Buy Protection Plan. It's nice to know any of our devices or appliances are fully covered even past the factory warranty. It gives us peace of mind, so it's worth it.

I had brought in my HP laptop and they ended up replacing the HD and I ended up buying the protestion plan because I wanted some kind of warranty on the service, but honselty, it saved me from having to pay for the initial consultation by the Geek Squad and it also gives me relief from having to worry about their work becuase it is covered.

Glad I had this when my computer took a crap in the middle of midterms. My computer wasn't even a year old when all of a sudden the bitlocker popped up and I couldn't get pass the reboot. Geek Squad to the rescue and the only thing it cost me was buying a backup drive. No cost to me for the repairs.

I have maintained my Best Buy protection and purchases for over 20 years, across three different staes. It is a must have for my Desktop, laptops,TVs, and all electronics.

My laptop was giving me issues so I took it to the Geeks. They fixed it, but warned me the battery was swollen. I asked about repairing it. They explained that it would not be cost-effective and suggested putting the money into a new investment. I think it was a wise choice.

I really like the extended warranties that I get and protection with my total tax membership. Automatically applied no extra charge and help with any questions or set ups, including extended return policies. I like the Best Buy protection plan.

The Best Buy Membership is the way to go if your the type of person that purchases a lot of tech and want to be protected. I feel like your Tech is a investment and should be protect and Best Buy hasn't let me down when a product failed or has issues. The team is always accommodating and professional giving a great overall, shopping experience. Well recommended.

I’ve been using the HyperX Cloud II Core Wireless headset for a couple of months now, and overall, it’s been a solid pick—especially for the price. The battery life is one of the best things about it. I charge it maybe once a week, and even then, it still has juice left. The sound quality while gaming is really good. I mostly play FPS games like Valorant and Apex, and I can clearly hear footsteps, gunfire, and directional audio thanks to the DTS surround sound. Comfort-wise, it’s lightweight and the memory foam earcups feel great, even during long sessions. I wear glasses and didn’t have any pressure issues. The wireless connection is stable too—no dropouts or lag. The downside is definitely the mic. My friends on Discord immediately said I sounded quiet and muffled. There’s no software to adjust anything, so I stopped using the built-in mic altogether and switched back to a separate one. Also, the buttons on the earcup aren’t super intuitive, and it lacks Bluetooth or a 3.5mm option, so it’s basically PC-only. If you want a comfortable, great-sounding headset with long battery life for PC gaming and don’t care much about mic quality, this one’s a great choice.

Great product protection— never used to buy but the one time I did it was so helpful! We needed to use it and it’s was wonderful- and so were the Geeks! Definitely recommend!

This protection is nice to have but hopefully will never need it. A must have for mobile phones. I have used it for laptop repairs. The quality of the replacement parts don't seem to be of the same standard as the original parts, but it extended the life of the laptop, so that was beneficial. All electronics that I purchase at Best Buy are covered and added automatically at check out.

Best Buy Protection is great because it really does cover you against the unexpected. If something breaks, stops working, or has any kind of issue, they actually back it up. It’s way cheaper than paying for a full repair or replacement later. Definitely worth having for peace of mind
