    Very Clear in detail.. I am a music engineer and love to hear my mixes in here if it sounds good in it, it will sound good anywhere.. Plus hearing podcast the voice its so crisp and clear.. owned many bluetooth and this takes the cake in its size. I lost mine last week.. misplaced it or my kids lost it I had to get it again.

    I recently used Geek Squad for computer diagnostics and cleaning, and the service was excellent. The team was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. They cleaned the dust, checked the cooling system, and made sure the computer was running perfectly. They also reviewed my water cooling system and made helpful recommendations without trying to sell unnecessary parts. The turnaround time was much faster than I expected, and the price was fair for the level of service and expertise. Overall, the Geek Squad made the entire experience easy and stress-free. If you need computer repairs, maintenance, or technical support, I highly recommend them.

    I’m really happy I added the Best Buy Protection plan to my purchase. It’s nice knowing my devices are covered and protected if anything unexpected happens. Between the convenience, support, and peace of mind, it definitely feels worth it!

    The BEST BUY PROTECTION PLAN is great, from value, quality and ease of use. When in the store and forgetting I have the plan, the associate is always quick to tell me I have the plan and what is covered. It has exceeded all my expectations and is the reason I purchase from Best Buy, a store you can trust.

    Picture this, your walking down a sidewalk you pull out your phone and when your done you go to put in your pocket. But they phone jumps out of your hand hits the ground but you know its ok because you paid 80 dollars for a otterbox and another 30 on screen protectors but then you pick it up and look at the screen anyways and you notice a crack in your screen. You somehow managed to crack the screen on the only pebble on the entire walkway. This is where vest buy protection comes in. And yes this is a true story that happened to me. Dont everybody start talking about the phone cant jump, it doesnt have legs i know everybody has at least once in there lifetime had there phone decided to take a leap of faith to test out your expensive protective equipment that went on so easilly but feel like your going to break your phone in half taking it out.

    The delivery men were so sweet and pleasant. They had to wait around for me because I am sick (Cancer) and forgot they were coming. I fell asleep and they were calling from outside and waited over a half hour in the rain. When I finally woke up and seen that they had called repeatedly and a half hour had passed I thought for sure I screwed up and missed it. I looked outside and they were still there and cheered when they seen me open the door. They werent upset or anything at all. They had every reason to be but werent. The stove was going into my mothers in law suite. I hadnt moved that stove yet iut of the way. The old stove was going onto my side of the house but that wasnt their problem. I tried to quickly shimmy the stove out of the way. The nice gentleman helped me move it to the side. He then installed the new fancy double oven. At this point they were done. He offered to move the old stove to my side of the house to my kitchen which was so very kind of him. I did decline because my house was a complete disaster and I had already embarrassed myslef enough with being asleep at noon time and making them wait. I am 43 years old and do not look very sick so it wasnt pity. He really was just that kind.

When things go smoothly, the technicians are friendly, explain what they’re doing, and can solve problems that would take me hours to figure out on my own. They also stand behind their work with warranties, which provides peace of mind. The downside is consistency. Wait times for appointments can be long, and follow-up communication isn’t always clear. Pricing is on the higher side compared to local independent repair shops, so it’s worth getting an estimate before committing. In one case, my service ticket wasn’t updated promptly, which meant I had to call multiple times to track progress. If you value convenience and want the backing of a national chain, Geek Squad can be a reliable option, just budget extra time, ask for clear timelines, and double-check costs so there are no surprises.

    The Best Buy protection plan is one of the best I have ever had. Easy to use. No hassle with the employees. They just ask for the phone number associated with the product. Look it up. Ask what the problem is and then get you a new. Haven’t had any problems using it yet. Always hassle free.

    Thats right, the best part about this protection plan is that when your device goes bad, the Best Buy staff will take care of your device and help you out to solve the problem! They’ve never let me down and honestly there’s no purchase I wouldn’t put this protection on

    I had two Robo vacuums that after a year did not work. I returned it to Best Buy thinking they would fix the issue, but instead give me a full refund to purchase a shark Robo vacuum

    Best Buys protection plan is an easy "yes" when considering protection options for high-value items. It is almost virtually a "no questions asked" process where they will assess and replace / repair the product as needed. In my personal experience, this was a critical protection plan for my cellphone.

    My girlfriend talked me into becoming a My bestbuy total member that adds protection plans on everything we buy. I've never been a fan of buy extra protrction plans, but after my dash cam died on me after the 1 year manufacturer warrenty was up. That protection plan came in handy and they were able to give me back my money since they dont carry my dash-cams innstock any longer. This allowed me to purchase a new dash cam. Best Buy total membership is a vary great investment.

    I love the ease if service. Managing an issue with your device and exchange that item for replacement is as easy as it gets. However, over the years so many changes have been implemented. I disagree with paying additional monthly fees for items beyond two years of coverage. Why am paying for the most expensive plan only to pay more after being a consistent tech customer for 5+ years. Service calls should be complimentary, repairs should be free for the first 3 years, after which, at least 60% discounted, and installation fees should be discounted as well. It used to be that you could have your TV mounted for free if it was under a certain size or $49 for bigger screens, in some cases free if you purchased a high end mount. Seems like the perks are less and less each year. Considering the other options now available, I am definitely considering not renewing tech services next year.
