I would never not get bestbuy total tech warranty if I have to replace item it’s quick and easy staff always great you must protect your products plus all the other deals and benefits are awesome

Issue with WIFI adapter on a laptop. Brought it in and immediately the squad looked into the issue and fixed it right infront of me. Seems WiFi adapter software was out of date. They showed me how to repair it my self moving forward!!

It's worth the price. I purchased several cell phones for my family, which gave me two years of Apple Care coverage.

So far I can’t complain it seems to do everything it said

Had a scam pop up from Microsoft my brand new Lenovo laptop was compromised! Contacted Geek squad phone support and they were awesome in assisting me told me I did right thing calling them instead of scam microsoft number!

The coverage is pretty good. No complaints about the warranty.

I love the Total Best Buy Protection♡♡♡♡♡ It is great to buy a product and know it is well taken care of even after the manufacturer warranty is out. I would Highly Recommend ☆☆☆☆☆

Always recommend Best Buy’s memberships. It will pay for itself very easily and then some every time!

This service has been a godsend for my mother-in-law. When I call Geek Squad I can guide them to go to her home and investigate the appliance issue. they always take good care of her

Great protection plan always worth it especially with Best Buy

Was a good purchase considering all of the electronics I buy there are covered. One of the reasons I make most of my purchases from Best Buy now.

Not sure why bby allows or ask me leave review for protection plan multiple times, but here is copy and paste of my previous review of it. As long time bby customer, I always purchased product protectation plan. And now being total tech member, I feel even comfier buying products from bby since even small items comes with 2 years.

Love the warranties and protection that Best Buy offers their Total Tech members! They are generous about returns and standby all the products they sell. They are also easily accessible via chat or in-person to help solve any technology issues.

This is a very important feature. Yet we weren't offered this at time of purchase. Matt Miguel of the East Brunswick NJ store. Made sure we got it. And he wasn't even responsible for maky our purchases.

Do not buy a TV without it. It is cheaper to buy the 5-year extended warranty. At -least if it goes out, and if it cannot repair, they will replace it with a new one The agents were very professional, clean, quick, and courteous

Having protection plan for each and every one if my purchases is a huge help since im a single mom of 4 and in case of any replacement this comes in handy especially since im struggling financially since i lost my job
