Not sure why bby allows or ask me leave review for protection plan multiple times, but here is copy and paste of my previous review of it. As long time bby customer, I always purchased product protectation plan. And now being total tech member, I feel even comfier buying products from bby since even small items comes with 2 years.

I am very glad to have Best Buy Protection for my computer! I call Geek Squad frequently to have my computer cleaned up to keep it running at its best! It is already paid for if I have to take it in to be looked at as well.

It is nice to have ease of knowing that my purchase is protected. I work hard for my money, it is nice to know it holds some value here.

My 8 year old asked for this game for their birthday. Play the demo when we go into the store. Hes going to be one happy birthday boy!

Bought the service contract worth every penny as we had 7 TV’s installed and some minor issues that were all covered with the contract. Team is well trained to handle follow up calls at home which saves me time having to take an item in to Best Buy.

Cant beat it for the price, especially if you use Best Buy for all your electronics purchases. I used to just purchase a protection plan for each Item I buy, but now for the 1 price, all my Items are covered. Its AWESOME!!

This membership is great and protects most of your purchases

TotalTech is awesome. I recently moved and they were also able to hook up an older system I bought from them that I lost the manuals for. They were able to hook it up (Vizio TV, Yamaha Sound Bar, and Klipsch Sub, and and cable box and it all works just fine with their universal remote instead of 4 different remotes!!

I love it! We go to Best Buy for non-traditional items now for added warranty protection. We made sure to update our plan before it expired so we didn't lose coverage. In the past I've never done that for anything!

Great for someone who loves electronics and wants to protect them. This plan includes Apple Care if you buy any Apple devices and also Geek Squad protection if you're buying TVs and other things. If you buy TVs that are premium quality like OLEDs, this is a great plan to have. It will cover burn-ins, replacements, exchanges etc.

Love the Best Buy total tech warranty and will never give it up.
