Whenever I've needed to use the Best Buy Protection, the process was swift and seamless. The support staff is knowledgeable and eager to help, which makes all the difference.

I am a Total Tech membyand this service is provided with my membership. Fortunately I cannot recall ever having to use it but if I did, the service was better than I can remember. Lol

The automatic warranty on the products and extended return time make this convenient but the access to Geek Squad is invaluable. They'll install anything you buy, home appliance or car. I've switched to Best Buy for everything since getting this!

I always get the protection plan bc I’m a plus member. Worth it to me bc I get so much tech. The two years is nice to have bc I have a small child who loves to throw things.
