We made sure to update our plan before it expired so we didn't lose coverage. In the past I've never done that for anything!

When you need to return or exchange a defective product, Best Buy associates can easily look up your receipt if you don’t have one. They help you with return or exchange process.

This just covers it for me. I am very prone to accidents so this is perfect. I haven't had a product not covered by this protection plan yet.
