For peace of mind my Best Buy Protection plan was proven to be correct when purchasing a new drier. Best Buy immediately replaced a unit which had a defect. Service was prompt without any qualms! Thanks to their professionals my needs were immediately fulfilled!

Read and understand the fine print. I learned the hard way, when a couple if my covered items went bad and attempted claims. Apparently Geek Squad associates in store only look at PCs. They didn’t attempt to repair my virtual pinball machine or Sonos portable speaker (which likely only needed a new battery). Didn’t even attempt to power them on. Simply informed me they no longer carried my particular items (both have newer models) and said I would receive store credit for what I paid for them, minus $50 deductible per each item. And because I used loyalty points at purchase, they would only give store credit for cash paid. In other words, I wouldn’t even get enough store credit to replace the cheaper of the two! Unless you’re covering half a dozen Apple items with Apple Care, forget this. Absolutely not worth it.

It’s a protection plan not much to explain but I would definitely get it !!!

It’s nice to have peace of mind in knowing my laptop is protected and secure. If it breaks or just quits working, it’s nice to know I can take it back and get a new computer.

A key broke off so I returned it, but I miss having one so I’m going to buy another one. I wish the key attachments were stronger. There aren’t many ergo keyboards out there like this
