Had an accident with a laptop that was broken (daughter dropped it while traveling). I have a Best Buy Total Membership. After 2 weeks of not being able to getting a part that was on backorder, Best Buy replaced to computer. Super easy.

The issue I would experience would be solved almost same day and I never paid a buck extra! This membership is worth it and I definitely recommend. If you have any issues, the customer service phone line helps you fast.

Well worth the money for electronic repairs. Just don't care for customer service. You can't talk to anyone at the store level on the phone. You have to physically go to the store.
