    The members of the Geed squad are great. They always explain everything in terms that i can under stand and make recommendations for additional items that can benefit me. They never rush me.

    I always recommend the Protection and the convenience of bringing in a defective product for a replacement. Best buy makes it easy to exchange your products and not worry about sending it back to the manufacturer.

    Santa came early this year and delivered top notch service and quality to Best Buy. I love this feature so much I might just get it again!

    I couldn’t afford to get my computer everything that I buy there fixed or help with it anyways and they replace them if they’re defective

    This service provides several benefits. Used Geek help yesterday due to an issue with my mouse not "sincing up" upon PC reboots. Was able to have it resolved remotely online. Good assurance you can get help when your computer goes on strike!

    Best Buy really cares about their customers. Any problems I have with any of my electronics that I purchase from them are guaranteed or replaced. They not only sell good insurance, but excellent piece of mind.

    Thank goodness for the GEEKS and the Protection plan. No matter how big or small the problem they are right there to help you no matter the problem or how many times you call or go see them. My biggest mistake was purchasing a new iMac24, HP Printer and LG TV all in the same week.
