Total tech is the vest investment ever exchanges and returns for faulty products no questions asked 1 for 1 returns in store if on hand otherwise will be delivered at no cost within a week average.

Best Buy really cares about their customers. Any problems I have with any of my electronics that I purchase from them are guaranteed or replaced. They not only sell good insurance, but excellent piece of mind.

Happily surprised with this coverage as Best Buy did as they promised. There was an issue with the delivery and when I called them, they rectified the situation. Would definitely recommend paying for total tech for the installation, hauling, and all the other services they include

Have now had Best Buy protection and geek squad coverage for several yrs. So far just routine items have resulted in savings equal to the price of the coverage. Recent washer repair cost less and there was part’s discount.

the BEST BUY protection is something I couldn't do without. I have had to use it several time and it sure has saved me a lot of money
