My first experience with the Geek Squad was fantastic. I accidentally spilled iced tea on my laptop and needed to have it checked. When I unplugged it, I noticed that the back of the computer was hot and had a bulge in the case. Fortunately, there was no damage from the spill, but the battery was in danger of exploding! The Geek Squad successfully removed the battery and confirmed that there was no water damage. They also serviced the machine, and it now runs almost like new when plugged in. Additionally, they can install a new battery when I bring one to them. I'm so glad they saved my computer.

Best Buy Protection is a must-have, plain and simple. I do not buy any product that offers protection without adding it to my purchase. It transforms a nervous purchase into a secure investment. It's affordable, the service is reliable, and having coverage for accidental damage is a necessity in my household. Absolutely essential protection!

Best Buy Protection has saved me hundreds!! I wouldn't go without it. It is so easy to use. My kids have broken controllers and headsets, we have taken them in and exchanged them for a new one.

It works great for me! All my purchases come with a one-year warranty, and it’s really worth it — I would have spent so much more without it. Some items can be exchanged under warranty and they give you a new one, like mice, mouse pads, or headphones. Others are covered under the protection and repair plan, like laptops or Dyson products. 100% recommended if you shop a lot at Best Buy!

Love the Shokz earphones! Sound is great, doesn't hurt my ears to wear for long period! The only drawback is when you one to connect to more than one device. Not at yhe same time tho. When i use for mt TV i have to put it in Bluetooth connect mode then repair. Then if i want to connect to my phone i have to do the dame thing! It should automatically connect to any device i have paired it to! Other than that zi love them!

I love Best Buy. Made a purchase prduct was defective they made it easy to bring in and exchange. It will only be a 4 day wait to get it i am good with that.

I’ve been using the HyperX Cloud II Core Wireless headset for a couple of months now, and overall, it’s been a solid pick—especially for the price. The battery life is one of the best things about it. I charge it maybe once a week, and even then, it still has juice left. The sound quality while gaming is really good. I mostly play FPS games like Valorant and Apex, and I can clearly hear footsteps, gunfire, and directional audio thanks to the DTS surround sound. Comfort-wise, it’s lightweight and the memory foam earcups feel great, even during long sessions. I wear glasses and didn’t have any pressure issues. The wireless connection is stable too—no dropouts or lag. The downside is definitely the mic. My friends on Discord immediately said I sounded quiet and muffled. There’s no software to adjust anything, so I stopped using the built-in mic altogether and switched back to a separate one. Also, the buttons on the earcup aren’t super intuitive, and it lacks Bluetooth or a 3.5mm option, so it’s basically PC-only. If you want a comfortable, great-sounding headset with long battery life for PC gaming and don’t care much about mic quality, this one’s a great choice.

I have it for few years and I'm very happy with this because i buy a lot from best buy and i don't need to worry about warranty.

Covers more than i can list, is a lifeline with teens and a 6 yr old who arent very careful. Has already helped me this year.

Overall very satisfied with the product! The deep bassbl that these headphones offer is great! The detachable ear pieces are really convenient! Also overall battery life is great! Full days use with no issues.
