I hope to never have to use the protection, but having it on most of the products I purchase as a My Best Buy Total Tech member gives me one less thing I have to think about.

In all honesty, I didn't think I really needed this. But after I picked it up, it's come in SupeR handy. I've used it to swap out numerous items I've changed my mind about after the return period ended, and gotten plenty of my dumb (lol) questions answered too!

Its maazing no stick frift and i love how it works.

Ive tried other tech services over the years and wish i had known about this one sooner. Ive saved a lot of money and my issues are fixed the first time. And if there's a running issue by no faultthe Sqad is rught back out to sort it out. I highly recommend this service!

I haven't had to use my Monthly Best Buy Protection (up to 24 mo.) as of yet. But for the value of protection for 24 months for free isn't bad.

Now in stock regulary. The new god of war is really nice. The controller has haptic feedback with the triggers changing how they feel when pulled. The controller is nice. Graphics are nice. Great system overall. I would recommend.

I just love the fact that I don’t have to worry about the protection. It’s automatic once I buy.

This is one the best features of being a Total Tech member. I like the fact that i can take it directly to Apple.

H I had a shutdown desktop issue i couldn't resolve. Not only did geeksquad tech support fix the issue they gave me options to replace the bad parts with others at less cost. Well worth it.

The protection plans is good. The TV and features are good too. Was not able to download the Spectrum app. The remote could be better if it had some lightning.

With the price of electronic repairs, the best buy total tech warranty covers everything and leaves me worry free, willing to step up to the high end item I want. I'm protected.
