    I love Best Buy's total tech program. I have been a member since the beginning. Any product purchased at Best Buy, including any Apple product purchased gives 24 month Apple Care as part of being part of the Total Tech Program. That alone is worth it.

    If you are a BestBuy customer, then guess what??? BUY the TotalTech Membership... It is worth the money!!!! Hands down I am more than happy to renew every year!!!

    I have had to use the protection plan here recently. Easy process either a quick swap or pay the difference and upgrade. CANT BEAT THAT!

    I always purchase best buy protection whenever I make a purchase, I can honestly say that they have held up to their end of the purchase agreement whenever I have had an issue with a purchased item.

    Love the fact that I don’t have to pay for a protection plan up front anymore because I have total tech. I rather just pay the deductible if something happens instead of paying up front and not use it.
