I like having a plan that covers all my purchases for two years. You never know when you will need it. I got a laptop with touchscreen and I know things happen so I wanted to make sure I was covered.

I have used the Geek Squad 5 times so far. 3 home visits 2 remotes and 2 in-store visits for different reasons. Every time they were spot on with the solutions.
