It’s astonishing that BestBuy fails to focus this outstanding product offering to all seniors. I live in a 55+ community of 5000 residents with various technology needs and unfortunately they have to depend on family members, friends, and computer clubs. I have been purchasing Best Buy products for several years now and have always had great items. The staff are very knowledgeable about any question I have and when it's time for a computer cleaning, they get the job done and done right! I had a time when I got scammed by some unsavory people online and they stung me for over $400.00 dollars. I realized what had happened after I hung up and drove to my local Best Buy in Battle Creek Michigan and they took super great care of me, fixed my computer, got the virus off that they scammers put on there and also got my $$$MONEY$$$$$ back for me. Now thats a great team and a huge win for me. To top all that off I love their rewards program too and their black Friday deals!!!!!!
