You get protection on any device you purchase when you become a total tech member! 9/1” you get your money back for the item if it’s damaged so, it basically pays for itself. It comes in handy when you have a lot of devices that need protection.

Outstanding personnel. Superior service. However our store is being swamped with service requests. Unfortunately the store has not provided additional support. The result? I had to wait forty minutes to pick up a computer that did not work....

Monthly Best Buy Protection is great. A lot of the purchases are covered. Delivery and installation is free on product needing to be delivered. The protection is automatic when purchasing product. Recommend to all, piece of mind.

Good keyboard nice and sturdy. Battery life could be better though.

The best way to go is to purchase Total tech but if you can’t afford it then It’s always best to protect and insure anything you purchase so that way if something goes wrong or it stops working you’re covered .

The water reservoir is slender and, as such, I found it impossible to place the filter holder into the reservoir. I could not get my hand far enough in to securely place and secure the holder for the filter. Had to teturn because of this issue and my hands are not large. Gave 3 stars because of this because I think it would be a problem for others.

Great service to have! Comes in handy every time I need assistance with anything I am dealing with, experiencing or troubleshooting.

Love the protection, technology is unpredictable and having the piece of mind that you have coverage, it easy my mind of worries.
