I don’t know how I feel about this protectiom plan anymore. The old one was easy. How it seems like you get different answers what’s covered from the store, the online customer service and representatives. You can never get a precise answer. WHAT YOU CAN GET IS EVERYONE SAYING I UNDERSTAND YOUR FRUSTRATIONS AND WANT TO HELP. PLEASE HOLD ON WHY I GET SOMEONE TO HELP YOU. AND THEY SAY THE SAME THING. I THINK BEST BUY SHOULD GO BACK TO THEIR OLD EASY PLAN. IN MY OPINION PROBABLY WASN'T BENEFICIAL TO THEM OR PROFITABLE. AGAIN JUST MY OPINION.
