Protection plan is great to have For children. It provides extra Protection for damages.

I love this, saves me a lot of money and stress. all you have to do is call to get an appointment and take your product in to be fixed or replaced at no cost sometimes

the protection is great so long as you keep your payments update, if not you loose coverage on everything you bought forever

Received this product today. It was in EXCELLENT QUALITY when I received it. Easily un-boxed and able to set up. All items were present. I have to say this was the quickest set-up I've ever had for any type of device (T.V, PC, Laptop, Phone, etc.).

I am so thankful that I brought the protection plan. I am a foster mother and sometimes the kids are a little rambunctious and Bestbuy has been nothing but amazing.

We are not fans of “insurance plans” for electronic devices, but Best Buy’s plans are such a fair price (and they stand behind the plans completely) so we think Best Buy offers a fine plan for their customers.

Best Buy total protection is amazing. As a TotalTech member, I have multiple items which are covered and they are always extremely easy with returns/exchanges.

Automatic 2 year warranty on most things I purchased is a game changer if you rage break your controllers!
