Being a Total member has definite advantages. Have had several opportunities to test the coverage and for the most part I've been satisfied

Worth the $200 per year. Simply switch out a defective item or get your money back on a gift card. Has saved us a lot of money in the long run.

Was one of the better decisions we made. It saved us a lot of headaches in setting up appliances, especially our new eero system. The Geek Squad member Kieran was very knowledgeable and had the system up and running in no time.

I was hesitant to purchase this because of my budget but it has actually saved me almost twice the cost on other services. Very pleased!

Not sure which product this is for, but with my Best Buy Total Tech membership, I think I get this on pretty much everything I buy at Best Buy. So, why wouldn't I like it. Here's hoping I never have to utilize it and all my gear keeps working :)

The warranty works well because it covers everything you buy for two years.

The Protection Plan is a great addition to any purchase. If anything goes wrong you can return it and replace it. Great peace of mind.

Only because joining a program requires research, thus making a pain to research AGAIN after the program changes, am I giving it 4 stars. Not as familiar with the new program, but the old one sure served me well!

Replaces and protects the value i spent so either way i end up getting the money i spent out of a product. Depending on the protection they even cover accidental or apple care
