I am so thankful that I brought the protection plan. I am a foster mother and sometimes the kids are a little rambunctious and Bestbuy has been nothing but amazing.

This is the best purchase I have ever made with Best Buy. This protects all of my purchases and I buy a lot of electronics.

Always tbe best place to find whatever electronic gadget you need and even if the competitors have it for a better price, they will price match it. (Under certain requirements)

I have total tech membership so this comes with every purchase but it was much needed even when I didn’t have total tech especially with kittens always knocking stuff over

This machine is beautiful, and well made. The knobs are the machine are confusing. Wish they were not digital, or had the time, and heat setting listed. I used the large pot to cook a dozen eggs. 20 minutes later the water was still not boiling. Added another 20 minutes. Water finally was boiling. Added another 20 minutes, and eggs were done. Only took an hour to boil a dozen eggs. I did not even empty the hot water because it took so long to get the water boiling. I took the eggs out, and put potatoes in the pot to boil. Took an hour. Eggs, and potatoes were perfect, I just don't have this much time, and using the cook top on my stove would have taken a lot shorter amount of time. Was so excited about this item. Whomp, whomp. Would not recommend if you don't have time to wait on stuff. An hour to cook a dozen eggs is a bit too long for me. This would be a wonderful item for someone who did not have a stove. Probably great on a camping trip if you had an electric source and were not in a rush to cook anything. In this case, I would recommend.

Geek Squad Protection plans are great to have in case of unexpected accidents!

A little bit on the expensive side but hey when you need to get from point A to B no questions asked this is the place to be !

Love the total tech. I used to always buy geek squad before it switched to Total Tech. Total Tech is MUCH more affordable for me. Now I'm covered for whatever I buy.

Love the protection, technology is unpredictable and having the piece of mind that you have coverage, it easy my mind of worries.

You have to have protection on everything you buy - newer technology unfortunately doesn’t last, and without protection, wouldn’t be worth it to purchase every time it breaks.

Geek squad employees are awsome. They were very helpful getting my new computer going.

The protection is a great thing to have. Without the protection, you may have to pay as much to get watch repaired as to replace it.

I will forever enjoy totaltech memebership and the ability to feel at ease that anything happens to my tech and they will help me repair/exchange.
